I love to teach and support people coming into the tech industry or who have been in the industry for a long time.
I started teaching and seeing it as a freelance job back in 2020 when I started to work with the Coders Guild,
training people who were unemployed and wanting to come into tech. My passion is communication so I completed workshops and power hour lessons to enable all the participants to become effective communicators.
I found that through coaching and mentoring I have been able to get people through tough interviews with my preparation skills and tips. This service is often provided for free to enable more neurodiverse people into the workforce.
My goal as a teacher is to enable you to reach your maximum potential. To give you the confidence and strength to succeed.
Since becoming a trainer, I have further enhanced my skills to become a coach and mentor too.
I have surrounded myself with people that I admire, people that inspire, people that have something to teach, and from whom I can learn. I know that learning a new way of doing things is a challenge, but with the right set of skills and abilities, anything and everything is possible.
I believe my purpose is to support individuals and businesses to become more effective communicators through thought, techniques and leadership.
